Employees are not involved in decision making. Favoritism is a big factor for them
Suggestions for improvement
- Give everyone an equal opportunity to advance within the company. Be fair. If they aren't doing there job correctly, help to improve them instead of pushing them aside. Pay employees a deserved salary for all the hard work and long hours. Listen to employee's suggestions
What I like about the company
It's like a boot camp. Great place to learn. Some of the doctor's were good teachers.
What I dislike about the company
Higher management always had favoritism on certain employees. Seniority or years of experience meant nothing to them.
