Management only commends employees that they like, as opposed to the employees that have education and experience.
Support from management
Leadership is lead by the United-educated.
Unqualified, educationally, spiritually, ethnically, and completely lack tackfulness.
Freedom to work independently
Workload is for the new employee only.
Management only communicates with the lead employees that do not have the talent or experience to be in the position, in the first place.
Women have the same opportunity as men, if they like you!
Attitude towards older colleagues
They conviently got rid of all of us.
If you are fortunate enough to get past the first employee evaluation, it is actually a curse. One will never reach a wage increase, regardless of how many commendations one receives.
Overall compensation for your work
Very inticing employee package and other benefits, for such a small company. Too bad one will never be able to take advantage.
Office / Work Environment
Deplorable! I never got a break since the lead in my department constantly abandoned her station.
The company is unaware of the needs of the employees and the residents. Infractions of the personnel policy guide go away once the management goes home.
Working 10:00-1800 eliminated time to attend my annual doctors appointments. Plus my supervisor only let my lead off. I never had a paid or unpaid day off approved for 1.5 years.
The company has an excellent image with the local community in which they reside.
Employees have no job security.
The company has elderly seniors as residents. Therefore they have ramps, elevators, and all conviences for the disabled.
The Director pushed an unrealistic amount of administrative work on receptionists. Since reception had to deal with the residents.

Suggestions for improvement
- Employment evaluations need to include attendance, adherance to breaks & lunche, publish an accurate and complete list of employee duties.
What I like about the company
Residents that reside in the Casa de Manana, have a high level of education. I feel they need an employment group that can relate to them intelligently, and speake English as their first language.
What I dislike about the company
Unfair employee evaluations. They are way to subjective, and inferior to other companies I have worked for: The County of San Diego, Refistrar of Voters: in Records and Petitions, and American Airlines.
