Owners try so hard to create a culture, but they get in the way if their own success. They are a culture of micro managers.

Unfortunately, the worst place I ever worked. Extremely dysfunctional environment. Ownership thinking concept is a way of the owners shifting the responsibility of expenses on to the employees.
The scale is way off balance. Daily conference calls before the work our begin. Daily. Weekly. I have never worked for a company that had so many conference calls. Not much you can add or say since the last call. Wished I could have said"get out of the way and just let us sell"
