Recently, to save money, the company revoked all flight attendant and pilot email addresses. The company still communicates mainly by email and expect employees to provide personal email addresses for this communication.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I worked for Frontier for almost 14 years. Out of all of the positions in HR, mine was the only one that was outsourced. I am 54 years old.
