Suggestions for improvement
- Better employee perks. Meals, etc.
Helping everyone succeed be cause if everyone does well and communicate properly the day will be smooth. Doing more does get you notice but if no one reward you on your work then what is the point? Overall friendly staff!
Out local supervisor cares about making the base as comfortable and fun as possible.
The lower wages and antiquated work rules must change. But with any change comes increased costs. The Company and the Union need to find some middle ground so that the quality of life for its employees can improve.
