Low pay, long hours, short staffed
Does not have any team building exercises. Frontline does nothing to boost its A+ employees morale. Mandatory to driving clients with no gas or millage reimbursement.
Support from management
Leadership support is non-existent, pushes onto its employees long hours (16+hour shifts /6-7 wrk weeks). Average emoloyee makes $8.30 an hour.
Company has no school rembersemnt for non executives. Also required to attend 10 hours of traning a year NOT PAID.
Overall compensation for your work
Benefits are very high deductibles, no HSA and no company matching on dental of vision.
Management is all pushed into salary, with an average of $12.50 an hour. No OT even after 60+ houra a week. Supervisors are exlected to work 75/80 hour work weeks.
The employee turnover rate is very high.
Low pay, high behavior clients, little to no management support. No paid PTO, no paid brevment, no paid sick day and no maternity leave.
Frontline deals with some of the hardest physically and mentally disabled individuals in the state of utah.
Suggestions for improvement
- Overhaul of the company policy and procedures (PTO time earned), review of employee pay rate. Support for grouphome supervisor so they don't get burnt out with 160/180 hour work periods.
What I like about the company
Staff moral and appreciation is non-existent. Hard to complement.
What I dislike about the company
Frontline services Inc, has no true employee benefits, no PTO of any sort, the benefits are horrible, management lacks collage degrees and intelligence.
