Poor Culture. A lot of Backstabbing.
Support from Management
Management cannot be relied on for help.
Some teamwork, but mostly looking out for themselves.
Level of Autonomy
A lot of rules that will hinder work.
New rules can be implemented without employees being informed.When they are informed, the information is wrong.
Women are treated equally.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Company prefers to avoid older workers, but will still hire them.
