supervisors only care about their sales and write up employee who can't get sales number high and it creates a uncomfortable environment for the employee working there
Support from Management
My department manager didn't value my hard work only focused on sales and made it hard to come to work because of that expectation.
Their was no teamwork because everyone was getting paid based on commision so every employee focused on themselves and hesitate to help others because they would lose their sales.
