Suggestions for improvement
- Re-structure sales pay structure. The old systems of commission paid sales team doesn't work when a large number of customers do price matching to online competitors.
I like about the employer
Great selection of products. Good prices and broad price matching available.
Nice Super-Store Model.
I dislike about the employer
Poor attitudes of Store managers for last 5 years towards their mid level managers and employees.
Poor review process of managers and employees. Completely left up to local people to decide how to review Managers.
Often opinions of who to fire are held as more important than quality and quantity of sales / work done.
