What I like about the company
They offer medical benefits.
What I dislike about the company
They are capricious. Everything is in a state of flux. From how they pay you to when the work week starts to which group is responsible for which tasks. Essentially, everything.
There are scheduling advantages that they give to the most demanding employees (re: Squeaky Wheel Syndrome). It's not based on fairness.
Some departments are commission-only. Some get an hourly as well. My department gets no hourly.
Sales people in my departmentment must be able to pay for their hourly earnings with their commissions or they will be fired. Our department is always hiring replacement sales staff.
