Company culture about profit for founder!
Great support from co-workers. Management was horrible!
Weekly webinars bogus, brainwashing at it's finest.
Suggestions for improvement
- Support your employees. Paper kudos are meaningless. Stop doing CHO club, and giving drinks as perks. Give tuition reimbursement and lower cost health benefits.
