Suggestions for improvement
- Cost cutting needs to be top down. Quality control must be improved to restore customer confidence and satisfaction. Bring all work back onshore and train people better so the job can be done right the first time. Offspring has proven itself a false economy. Customers dislike the advertising tactics used on the
- site. Products we sell are discretionary, being deceptive turns many people off. "We've always done it this way" is a 19th century way of thinking and not a valid 21st
- century business strategy. If top management lost most key staff and all their money, perhaps they'd get the wake up call they need to get their collective act together to make necessary changes.
