Company culture has gone downhill in the last 5 years. Employees fear for their jobs and do not enjoy the negative atmosphere
CEO had unrealistic expectations of employees
Fellow employees want to help each other.
Workload is completely unfair and bosses like to micromanage.
Communication is by and large poor.
The only women managers are those of women-dominated departments. Very few opportunities for women in Sales or Operations management
Some "older" colleagues that are vocal have been encouraged to retire, while others that are "yes men" have been allowed to stay on.
There used to be a culture where employees felt they had a path towards nurturing their career. Now, employees don't feel that way.
Compensation is fair, but with the excess workload, it's not fair. Benefits are OK and salaries are always paid on time.
The manufacturing facilities are a disgrace and the HQ offices are new, but still have trouble managing HVAC.
Most social initiatives are employee-initiated. Company does very little otherwise.
It was rare to actually enjoy a vacation. Company is very profitable, but understaffed.
Several years ago, the company made millions of dollars in investments in the infrastructure and introduced a mission statement. Things were looking up for the company, but it was all talk.
No, lots of good people have been trimmed from the company, for no good reason
If Company is OSHA compliant, it is only barely compliant. Training isn't sufficient. It's mostly done to check a box rather than ensure a safe environment.
There was much to be done, and when it was complete, it was very satisfying.
Diversity is a non-starter here. Only the CEO's opinion matters.
Profitable company, good co-workers
Management completely disconnected from employees
