Suggestions for improvement
- Climate varies by department. Many departments have suffered cuts over the years as well as outsourcing/offshoring. Leadership at top has no respect from those below. So.... plans should be more transparent and less full of smoke and mirrors. People are mature enough to deal with reality but they hate the false promises. Company strategy is unclear or poorly translated.

A lot of great people there make up for its faults
