they will throw you in the fire and let you sweat and also will be taken advantage of not only workload wise but also has to take yelling, verbal abuse,harassment ,instead of developing the trade and knowing all their customers,you will be pounded by co-workers and micromanagment breathing down your nake,very ugly.
yes,Fujitsu provides awareness of the environment
very unclear schedule,with standby and rotating shifts,it looks like you have to live for the company,they call it standby ,waiting for work orders after working the whole day i believe until 11p.m. even if you are not supposed to travel to a site,try to fix it by phone ,would be great if they pay you for the time.they even blame you for their scheduling mistakes.for some reason they feel so empowered ,your voice doesn't matter..
