Suggestions for improvement
- Decide if you really want to be successful, with zero market share, high prices and no marketing I really don't know what senior management expects
I like about the employer
Plenty of parking since half the buildings are empty
I dislike about the employer
Starting to think that this place is some sort of tax write off for the parent company. Really no interest in the marketing or sales of their server and storage products. Some managers have been here 15 years floating between divisions when the heat gets turned up, sales reps last about a year. No ramp up time for sales as you are expected to produce a high quota from day one.
