Suggestions for improvement
- Trust the employees and be invested in their work as opposed to operating parallel to their efforts.
I like about the employer
For those that like A/V gear and musical instruments, it's a cool place to work. Great co-workers, decent discounts.
I dislike about the employer
Management stays in meetings all day, uppeer management doesn't engage employees to create results. They make decisions and let the employees deal accordingly. Marketing is undervalued and misunderstood in terms of its potential benefit for the company. (5 mktg managers in 8 years with lots of time w/out a mgr.)
