Suggestions for improvement
- Get a new CEO. Bring in additional staff to handle the additional work that's brought in. Corp. office in China/Vietnam needs to be held accountable as well.
What I dislike about the company
Workload is ridiculous. Demands and expectations are high for such a small staff. No communication between leadership and departments. It went from a wonderful, family culture to a corporate cold non-trusting culture.
