- Furniture Row12.Nov 2015
This place is like a cult. The owner likes to push Christian values on all operations of the company.
Support from management
There is no set, or clear objectives. The company will have guidelines to follow and when you do enforce the policies the customers complain to regional manager and they do what they tell you not to do. They really make you seem like the bad guy.
If you work in a Row they have three different managers, so if you don't get along with one of the managers they make it very difficult for you to manage your own department .
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat people like they work for you and not like they own you. There is no reason to meet my family and ask personal questions about them. My family didn't work for you, I wish I didn't .
- Stay as far away from this place as possible
What I like about the company
Absolutely nothing, very long hours. No good work/ home life mixture. They constantly change work hours // they extend hours on holidays. They will tell you they are a family company. What they need to explain to you is that you will never see your family.
What I dislike about the company
The entire company, this is an awful place to work. The turn over is extremely high. The company is a revolving door
