Overall Compensation for your work
Wages are about average and insurance is overpriced.
They are very open to working with you if you have family or other outside work issues to be addressed. Requesting time off is a breeze.
Suggestions for improvement
- It would be great to have a good 401k program and PTO.
What I like about the company
They atmosphere is very fam
What I dislike about the company
Same as most call centers. People stealing food from the fridge. It seems you just can't get away from this no matter where you go.
