- Treat people like they are a valued commodity.
They do an don't. They may give you a pin once in awhile.
You can go to supervisor with problem an they will do what they can to help
Its just like any other place if its not their job they don't feel they should help get it done.
They have monthly meeting to inform you of this
You have no life. That's why I am no longer there. I had medical issues to be taken care of an was pointed out. You work 12 hr days 6-7 days a week.
