Support from management
Management was completely underhanded with no moral scruples.
Suggestions for improvement
- Managerial reform,guaranteed hours and benefits as well as a realistic sales quota goal in an economically depressed area!
What I like about the company
That higher level management did not allow the district and store managers to lie and take mine and several other workers commissions by only giving us 2-6 hours a week.
What I dislike about the company
Low level management cared more about going to night clubs and dog tracks than taking care of what needed to be done on the busiest days.
