Worldwide head is consistently over optimistic and therefore objectives are unrealistic resulting in missed goals and lower bonuses
Aware of issues and lots of talk about them, but little if any real ability to take necessary corrective actions.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Tenured employees are "part of the problem" of poor historic performance (not that objectives were unrealistic). Newer employees will have the answers even though they have no experience in the therapeutic category.
