Supervisors give no positive input to employees
Support from Management
Most of the attorney's are very helpful. There are times that the workload is very unevenly distributed with unrealistic deadlines.
With the exception of a few, everyone tries to work together and help each other.
Level of Autonomy
Workload is not fairly distributed.
There is little to no communication between attorneys and employees.
