Site leadership went along with regional manager's "request" to gt rid of carried over employees from previous company, because "he had no choice" no backbone to stand up for subordinates.
Attitude towards older colleagues
regional manager did not want several workers carried over from old company, the ones let go were older people.
company preaches about limited hours, tie with family, following all safety precautions, until a turbine goes offline, then those "rules" are optional.
Suggestions for improvement
- fire people that went along with his mentality, site manager, lead tech, regional manager and his superior for not intervening.

pay was good, 401k
