Suggestions for improvement
- Every store isn't the same- having a vanilla 1 of 5 sizes fits all approach is ridiculous. Why would a store that does 3m a year have such an insignificant increase in payroll to a store that does 1.5m?
I like about the employer
They paid every two weeks- didn't have to worry about the boss gambling away the payroll.
I dislike about the employer
Micro management from the top down- had to beg for the support to implement whatever crazy ideas corporate came up with. Constant tail chasing with program/marketing implementation
