Supervisors don't encourage you, quite the opposite... One of our managers gets asked frequently if we did something to upset him, only to be given a glare and more attitude....constantly feels like a hostile environment.

Targets are not set but we are expected to know them. We, shift leaders, are expected to train new people, get stock checked, labeled then put out, open &I close, get change from the bank and so much more while our manager & assistant are to be looking on, texting and making the schedule .... And this was told to me by a regional manager. My previous ASM & SM did not do that, they were involved and worked just as hard as they wanted us to, they lead by example...
