Sales goals were constantly being raised while the amount of hours given to pay other employees were being reduced.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give the store managers more help. Stop trying to make profits look better for stockholders at the expense of the store managers.
What I like about the company
There was an open door policy.

Expectations were being raised while the amount of hours to schedule help was consistently being reduced.
