The company as a whole is too worried about selling useless warranties and credit cards. Management gets bonuses on these items, therefore they will worry you to death to get you to sell them.
Support from Management
It's a joke. All they want to do is sit in the office and come out occasionally to gripe.
Level of Autonomy
Too much emphasis on labor cuts. Many times the store was opened with only 4 employees. The next thing you know, "management" comes out on the floor to complain about lacking customer service.
