Very negative atmosphere.
Support from management
Not willing to train new employees on company procedures.
Employees report negatively on other employees.

Lots of independence.
Very poor communication even when asked for responses directly.
No team environment, do as I say not as I do attitude.

I knew my job was not stable after one month.
Office in large building with elevators.
Fairly new building, felt safe.
Position hired for was different than position actually worked. Was expected to perform secretarial duties but hired at higher position so firm could bill for work.
