Suggestions for improvement
- On-site management is wonderful, no complaints. For the higher ups, I'd suggest larger, more frequent raises for employees who have shown continuous improvement and are striving to become more within the company.
What I like about the company
You are given every opportunity to grow as both a person and a designer. Coaches and management are always willing to listen if you have an issue. You only become stagnant at this company if you don't set a goal to move up the ladder - positions aren't always readily available, but it's easy to apply for internal jobs when they come up.
