Suggestions for improvement
- Stop the silly hires. Stop hiring junior achievers and fresh out of school kids who have no experience in fundamental journalism. Going cheap impacts the quality of the product and reputation among competitors.
I dislike about the employer
Inept, out of touch management likes to talk the talk, but fails to walk the walk. Clueless about quality journalism, hiring the right people for the right job and making forward thinking decisions or business plans.
