- Positive reinforcement, opportunities for upward mobility, competitive pay, invest in the employees, feels like a failing business. Hire into shifts to allow for life planning.
I like about the employer
There are good people, tuition reimbursement, and decent benefits.
I dislike about the employer
Paid low compared to similar jobs, limited options to advance, political, shift selection instead of compensation for motivation.
