Suggestions for improvement
- Made changes to the time adhearance penalties. We are there ro HELP the customer. The penty for these is adhearance % going against the employee.
What I dislike about the company
There are NO sick days. You only earn hours. If you sre sick and call off, it is 1. An occurance 2. Taken from your "vacation" time. 3. Your break and lunch times are very rarely ever at the same time. 4. While you are trying to service/help the customer, if you take too long, regardless of the situation, it is counted against you. 5. When you are on a call, and it goes past your scheduled break/lunch time, it counts against you.
