Corporate makes decisions from behind a computer that does not apply to how things get done in the field. They do not ask you for your input.

On job training. No certification/proper training. Learn from mistakes.
Office / Work Environment
Osha needs to shut down the office and fleet of trucks. Armored trucks with out AC...its like an oven on wheels. Armored windows do not roll down. There is no dedicated mechanic.
No. Dont care about how much exhaust is put out,just get the job done.
They dont care about your personal life,just get the job done. No matter how long it takes. Sometimes 12hr days.
Not at all. Most people put the company down and hate the way its being run.
Always work. Everyone needs/uses money. Only benefit to this company is a steady paycheck.
No. Company does not hire disabled. Very physical job.
OSHA needs to shut company down. Excessive smog from trucks. Alot of oil spills on company floor/property. Bald tires on trucks. Most trucks do not have proper working AC. Some trucks do not have working blinkers or turn signals/emergency hazard signs

Job security. Steady paycheck. Working outside. Interaction with over 80 locations daily.
