Again, very team-oriented. Very big on inclusiveness and fairness.
Support from management
Leadership support varies widely. If you're lucky, you get a great supervisor. If not, well.. you'll probably want to look for work elsewhere.
I've never worked for a more team-oriented company. Almost everything is shared with the group.
Freedom to work independently
It's in the nature of this kind of work to not have much autonomy. But, if you are disciplined, it's bearable.
At times, you may get communication overload. You just have to study and stay on top of the material.
Management is very sensitive to equality issues.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Most of the staff are younger than 45, but I sensed no issues with older employees.
This isn't going to do much to improve your resume.
Overall compensation for your work
For temp work, the compensation is very good, but no benefits available.
Office / Work Environment
Average office environment.
Very inclusive, but not overtly concerned about environmentalism.
Work schedule is unpredictable, and very difficult on family life.
Most people talk poorly of the company, but I think that's partially because the work is hard. People tend to be lazy.
Turn-over is very high. But, if you work hard they make every effort to find a place for you.
The work is very challenging, but rewarding.
Inclusive / Diverse
The most diverse environment I've ever worked in.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire more full-time staff
What I like about the company
Some of the funnest people I've worked with.
What I dislike about the company
No job security
