Suggestions for improvement
- Some management should learn to work well with their team. Management sometimes takes advantage & has their team do all the work. But you do have those management team that helps their staff to the point where some will open a cash box to play as teller.
What I like about the company
The hours are flexible. Some branches do contain longer hours if you were looking for a PT or FT position. The assigned goals are not hard to achieve. They are more focused on Customer Service, don't get me wrong sales are important too but we are a Customer Service institution.
