Suggestions for improvement
- Reward your employees for their work and accomplishments or leadership amongst their peers. Bring back some of the holiday events. IF you make them feel like they are valued employees perhaps the turnover rate wouldn't be so high. (14 people left in the short time I was there. Some even quit within the first few days :(
What I like about the company
Very flexible hours. Leadership that has been in the industry for a long time. Strong desire to grow the company.
