No goals or statistical data were ever shared with employees.
No female technicians when I was there and very few females in lead positions
Low wages and no incentives and many jobs requiring standing all day

- Goals and expectations need to be more defined. An incentive plan should be put in place. An open door policy between employees and managers should be put in effect because approximately 90% of employees do not have access to email
