- Stay true to customer's expectation rather than relentless focus on sales metrics and financial growth.
What I like about the company
Very flexible for working at home. Opportunities to communicate with many tech company leaders.
What I dislike about the company
Image is Technology expertise but reality is sales (for non-sales personnel), speaking, and authoring skill are of primary importance. Technical aptitude takes a far back seat. Absolutely everything has metrics, and they are critical to personal success. Everyone is in Sales, whether the job description says it or not.
