Cannot be a leader and often blames team members for her lack of direction. Changes mind often and does not allow to members to be fulfilled or engaged for that reason.

A controlling work environment.
Difficult to work with regarding time off and scheduling issues. Hard to work here and be a mom.
Suggestions for improvement
- Create a training schedule in advance, do training not during employee personal time, increase pay, acknowledge employees. A thank you goes a long way. Set clear expectations and guidelines and let the employees do the work. Offer constructive criticism and corrective actions and move on.
