Suggestions for improvement
- -Tangibly assess knowledge and studies given to employees. Encourage the employee with facts and not with the abundance of promises that are not met at the end.
- Keep in mind that in spite employee who needs a job knows her worth and expected to be valued, to maintain a loyal staff must demonstrate and stimulate the sense of belonging to the Company.
What I like about the company
The company appears to be a nice place to work, given the nature of the business (customer care hotel chains very good quality)
