Suggestions for improvement
- None, our leaders expect a certain level of quality and train the employee to meet those standards. We are given tools that empower our roles and not just allow the employee to root, but to blossom as well.
What I like about the company
Great leaders that act as mentors who will invest there knowledge into your development. Expectations are high and as a result if one can meet that challenge one feels accomplished and not as a tool for a means to an end.
