Goes through the motions, but ends up failing to involve individual employees input.
Little to no team spirit/culture. Top down initiatives based on management's personal rewards (bonuses, validation, empowerment)
Freedom to work independently
My way or the highway mentality.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Once they have used up their potential, goodbye. Ashame, some of the middle managers have so much authority. I felt their bosses would not have tolerated the way they manage, but it must be a management culture from the top and their (exec team) interactions with you, must be fake.
