Good old boys system. If you are part of the soical club, you are rewarded. If you are not, it doesn't matter what you do, there will be no rewards.
Support from Management
Very little direction. Far too much favoritism & nepotism.
Everyone is out for themselves. Sometimes it even means making others look bad to make themselves look good. Management rewards this behavior.
Level of Autonomy
Work load is fair. You don't have any real voice in anything important.
