Suggestions for improvement
- Encourage actual conversations at all levels, rather than relying so heavily on metrics and survey results. Real insight is lost in measuring.
Very variable depending on manager
The good people managers are slowly being replaced by managers who do and say exactly what upper management wants.
Very little autonomy, lots of responsibility with little authority
Subtle background policies making it harder for older employees
Promotion career development difficult
