Branch management does not work to help you develop.
More focus is given to individuals that are favored vs skills
Communications are generally negative and not constructive. Sometimes threatening.
High tension due to employees working against one another.
Non existent. Monitoring wells all over the property due to chemical spills that contaminated the water table. Continued carelessness with spills and exposing employees to radiation.
