Communication is hit or miss. I'm often going to a dispatch with little or incorrect information because the agent taking the information did not collect enough information or seem to have an understanding of the issues.
Suggestions for improvement
- Push into more business work or jobs for your advance technicians that are under-utilized (and frankly bored) with the residential dispatches.
What I dislike about the company
I would rather be a W/2 employee than a 1099. It adds a lot of extra complications and cost to the tax process.
