Suggestions for improvement
- Better training and hiring practices for temporary employees. Make an effort to hire temporary employees after 6 month of work.
What I like about the company
A lot of overtime when they were busy.
What I dislike about the company
There was not an abundance of American workers in their work force. Mostly Asians, Orientals, Indians and Africans. Most of the American workers were only hired on a temporary basis. The pay discrepancy for temporary and permanent employees was huge, 30 to 40 per cent discrepancy.
