Suggestions for improvement
- Treat all employees fairly - hold all employees to the same standards of conduct. Pay rates should be equitable. Grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions should be fair and they certainly are not fair. Employees have little voice . Geisinger is almost a monopoly in medical care so if you are terminated you have very little employment possibilities.
I dislike about the employer
Impersonal, poor leadership, management only concerned with production, salaried workers are paid for 8 hrs but work 10-12 hours just to keep head above water.
