You have line leaders some are better than others. But most think they are your boss and yell at you for things they have no idea about. Like how to run your machine that you are trained on. They are not, but yet they wanna yell at you for not running it correctly... When they don't understand how it runs to begin with... So this pretty sets a low atmosphere already. They're suppose to change everyone around every month or so but because the machine I run there isn't many people who can run it so I am left running my machine for over a year while others get shifted around. When I was hired I was told there would be room for improvement. A month after I was hired they removed that program. And sometimes you're forced to work weekends and be notified of this last minute. And buy last minute I mean Thursday or Friday.
Support from Management
Employees are used for projects. But majority of the time the advice given isn't used. Coaches and h.r. blatantly lie to employees. Giving you a goal to reach but every time you get near it they just set the bar higher. I've personally been told I was going to get a new position it's been month and I've heard nothing anymore.
