The company pretends that they care about their employees and clients, but they really don't. They "walk out" (fire) employees all the time and even do it right as the employee's regular client has already checked in; right in the middle of the work day, leaving the client hanging and then having to throw them in with another artist/therapist. Very bad customer care!
Support from Management
There is no support. I'm not going to go into details, but there is also no HR support.
